Astro Class - An Educational Journey to the Stars

Welcome to Astro Class

I'd like to invite your children or students to spend a great time with us in one of our exciting and innovative Integrated Astronomy Programs. Our Space & Earth in Class with Journey to the Stars programs will be an exhilarating exploration of the Solar System and beyond. Students will learn about astronomy and the telescope; tracking solar storms; looking for water on the moon; developing new ways of growing food in space, and building a mock habitat for Mars. Using leading-edge teaching tools, we will explore the cosmos from our own planet to the farthest reaches of our amazing universe.

Sounds like too much fun? Rest assured there will be excellent learning along the way! As an integrated educational experience, Journey to the Stars will help students to acquire strong critical thinking and learning skills, as well as academic in subject areas including science, mathematics, computer science, history, geography and art. Close integration of the astronomy programs provided in English and French ensure that writing, reading and communication skills in both languages remain at an advanced level throughout. Our Space & Earth in Class summer programs are designed to help students apply the skills they have learned during the academic year in a fun and engaging environment. Students will look forward to the new academic year with confidence and a renewed passion for learning.
